Macadamia Crusted Fish: 1lb tilapia, 2 T Oil, 1C Macadamia Nuts Chopped, ½C flour, 2 Eggs, ½C Panko, 1 t Lemon Pepper. In separate bowls place whisked eggs, flour, & panko, macadamia nuts, and lemon pepper. Dip fish in flour, then egg, then macadamia mix. Heat oil in large frying pan on high heat. When is hot, add fish. Cook it up for about 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through and serve.
