Salad: 4 slices of ginger; 1 medium onion; 3 boneless chicken breasts; 1 English cucumber; 2 large tomatoes; 6 green onions; 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
; salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste. Vinaigrette: 1⁄4 cup light soy sauce; 1 tbsp lemon juice
; 1 tbsp rice vinegar; 
2 tsp sugar; 1 tsp whole peppercorns
